The Mall Ilford is celebrating football in June with its Keepy Uppy Challenge

Enter The Mall Ilford Keepy Uppy Challenge and win a £1000 World Cup Football Package.

Entering is easy. Upload a video of you completing the highest number of Keepy Uppies. A keepy-uppy involves using your feet, legs, head, chest and shoulders to keep the ball from touching the ground. Each touch of the ball counts as one keepy-uppy.

The Challenge website also features an addictive free Flash game to help you practice your Keepy Uppy skills.

Prizes:

First prize is a World Cup Final VIP package worth £1,000 for two people. The prize includes:

• VIP Hospitality screening of the World Cup Final, Sunday 11th July at the Grange City Hotel in London. This includes champagne reception, 3 course meal, plus celebrity after-dinner speakers and ex-players.

• Overnight accommodation in London on 11th July and breakfast on the 12th July.

• £100 Travel allowance

First prize will be awarded to the person who completes the highest number ofKeepy Uppies.

Ten runners-up prizes of a £20 Mall Gift Card will be awarded to the next best high scores.
