th2ng directs new TV commercial for Timotei

The girl, seen at her dressing table going about her daily beauty routine, looks concerned about the damaging effects of frequent hair styling, when suddenly, her room begins to transform. Cracks appear in the walls and nature forces its way through to reveal the Timotei natural styling products in her newly botanical bedroom.

Shot on 35mm, ‘Temptation’ is David Johnson’s first commercial since being signed to th2ng, and he has drawn on his previous hair and beauty experience as a DP to capture the girl’s beautiful hairstyles. Johnson also enlisted th1ng’s 3D animation director, Kirk Hendry, for post-production.

The commercial will screen in several European markets and launch the new Timotei natural styling range.
